SMR has proposed to provide extensive improvements to enhance the existing infrastructure in the area, benefiting the entire Stagecoach community. By investing in upgrades to essential services, SMR is not only improving the quality of life for all residents in order to foster a safer and more sustainable environment for everyone in the community.

Water and Sewer
Morrison Creek Metro Water and Sanitation District (MCMWSD)

Contributions through fees and tax revenues to MCMWSD to upgrade facilities.

Upon MCMWSD reaching 60% capacity of their system, SMR will then pay 3X tap fees for any further construction and begin upgrading the system. (contributing millions of dollars of revenue to MCMWSD)

Communications
Cell Tower
Installation of a new cell-tower designed to fit the natural environment to improve both emergency services and improve community broadband services. Positioned to provide the widest service area.

Oak Creek and Yampa Fire Districts

$1.5 Million contribution to Oak Creek Fire District

Provide a secondary means of emergency access to Hwy 131.

Oak Creek Fire will collect impact fees for each building permit.

Roads
County Road 14 and more

SMR is expecting to make a multi million dollar contribution for the RCR 14 improvements at the request of the county which will be deemed through the application process.

SMR also proposed to improve and enhance other intersections such as RCR14 and 16 bridge and merge lanes, RCR 212 paving, and the north intersection of RCR16 and 212.
